Prune Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. salad oil
1 c. buttermilk
3 eggs
1/4 c. prune juice
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. allspice
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 c. pecans
1 c. chopped prunes
Preparation

Mix all dry ingredients and set aside.
Cook prunes.
Drain off 1/4 cup juice and beat eggs, oil, buttermilk, vanilla and juice.
Then mix real good. Then add dry ingredients slowly to mixture.
Beat real good.
Bake in loaf pan, greased and floured at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Real moist.
