Chicken And Tomato Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 small onion, minced
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
    1 large can stewed tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. tomato paste or sauce
    1 Tbsp. soy or teriyaki sauce
Preparation
    Mix
    chicken
    with
    salt,
    pepper and 1/2 of the onion. Let it sit for 1 hour.
    Measure and prepare all other ingredients.
