Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can corn (whole or creamed)
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 stick butter
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except cheese. Pour into greased casserole dish; top with cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
