Crock-Pot Teriyaki Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. round steak
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 pkg. frozen Chinese pea pods
Preparation
    Slice steak into narrow strips and place in crock-pot Combine remaining ingredients except pea pods in small bowl.
    Pour over steak.
    Cover and cook on low (200\u00b0) for 6 to 8 hours.
    Add partially thawed pea pods the last 5 minutes.
    Serve with rice.
