Whipped Coffee Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. instant coffee
    1/2 pt. cream
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    almond slivers
Preparation
    Whip egg whites very stiff.
    Add 1/2 cup sugar and instant coffee.
    Whip the cream and add 2 tablespoons sugar, dash of salt and vanilla.
    Fold whipped cream into egg whites.
    Add browned almond slivers.
    Spoon into paper lined muffin cups.
    Freeze. Take out of freezer shortly before serving
    to slightly thaw. Serves 10.
    Can be made well in advance.
    Will keep in the freezer for up to two weeks.
