Red Snapper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1 carrot, chopped
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 (16 oz.) can Italian tomatoes
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 garlic clove, minced
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 tsp. chili powder
    2 tsp. salt (optional)
    black pepper to taste
    2 lb. snapper fillets
    5 oz. frozen small shrimp
Preparation
    Slowly saute the first 4 ingredients in oil until tender.
    Add remainder of ingredients and simmer until tender (approximately 10 minutes). Serve over cooked rice.
