Ginger Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. unsalted butter (room temperature)
    1 c. granulated sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    4 Tbsp. candied ginger, finely chopped
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    2 c. flour
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar until light.
    Add vanilla, candied ginger and ground ginger.
    Mix until well blended.
