Fruited Wild Rice Stuffing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked wild rice
1 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. fresh apple chunks
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. orange juice
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Use as stuffing for game bird, turkey, capon or chicken, or turn into buttered 2-quart casserole and bake 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0, covered.
Yields 6 cups.
