Vegetable Sandwiches - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small cabbage
5 green onions
1 carrot
1/2 bell pepper
6 radishes
1 cucumber
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. celery seed
dash of salt and pepper
sandwich bread
Preparation
-
Shred or chop vegetables very fine.
Mix together with mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, celery seed, salt and pepper.
Spread on bread.
Make closed or open sandwiches.
