Pasta With Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen French fries
    vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Cook and drain noodles.
    While noodles are cooking, prepare potatoes following directions for frying in oil.
    Drain on paper towel.
    Place noodles on a heated serving platter.
    Add butter, Mozzarella cheese, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese and salt.
    Toss until noodles are coated with butter and cheese is melted.
    Spoon potatoes on top of noodles.
    Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese and parsley.
    Serves 8.
