Spaghetti Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    3/4 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. green pepper
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can water
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 lb. thin spaghetti
Preparation
    Brown ground meat with salt and pepper.
    Drain.
    Saute onions and green pepper with meat.
    Mix mushroom soup, tomato soup and water; add garlic powder and grated cheese.
    Cook spaghetti; add to meat and mix with rest of ingredients.
    Put in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
