Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 box Stove Top stuffing
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. hot water
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Mix everything together, except sausage.
    Add sausage.
    Mix well.
    Roll into 1-inch balls.
    Bake on cookie sheet, covered with foil, for 15 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Bake, uncovered, for 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
