Granny'S Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. sweet potatoes
    1 large Granny Smith apple, peeled and cored
    3 Tbsp. fresh orange juice
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. molasses
    1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    pinch of ground nutmeg
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in large pot until tender (about 20 minutes). Drain and when cool enough to handle, remove skin.
    Cut potatoes in half lengthwise.
    The potatoes will be in long wedges.
    Arrange in a greased shallow baking dish.
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Thinly slice apple.
    Place orange juice, brown sugar, molasses, cinnamon and nutmeg in small pan.
    Bring to boil and cook 5 minutes.
    Pour mixture over potatoes.
    Bake 15 minutes.
    Serves 4.
