Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. chopped chicken
    2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese with jalapeno
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
    12 flour tortillas
    oil
    1 c. taco sauce
Preparation
    Combine chicken, 1 1/2 cups cheese, sour cream and green onion.
    Soften tortillas in oil (hot).
    Top each tortilla with 1/2 cup chicken mixture.
    Roll tortilla; repeat.
    Top with cheese and taco sauce.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, uncovered.
    Cover with foil the last 10 minutes if enchiladas get too hard.
    May add sour cream.
