Pasta Primavera - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. spaghetti
1/4 c. olive oil
6 large ripe tomatoes, chopped
1 c. fresh basil
salt and cracked pepper to taste
Preparation

Boil 6 quarts of water with 2 tablespoons of salt.
When boiling, add spaghetti and cook until desired doneness.
Pour oil in serving bowl.
Add chopped tomatoes.
In separate bowl, mash garlic with salt.
Add to tomatoes and oil.
Add basil and ground pepper to taste.
Cover and let stand for an hour.
Drain hot spaghetti and toss in a bowl with sauce.
Serve at once.
