Porcupines(Method: Skillet) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 small onion
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. uncooked instant rice
    1/2 c. water
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Finely chop onion.
    In a large bowl, mix together the meat, rice, salt, onion, garlic salt, pepper and 1/2 cup water.
    Shape meat mixture into tablespoon size balls.
    Brown meatballs in large skillet; drain fat from meat into a heat-resistant can.
    In medium bowl, stir together the tomato sauce, 1 cup water and the Worcestershire sauce.
    Pour sauce over meatballs.
    Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Serves 6.
