Cheese Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. cheese
    9 eggs, separated
    3 c. milk
    3/4 c. flour
    3/4 c. butter
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Make white sauce (milk, flour, butter and salt).
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    To the white sauce add cheese and beaten egg yolks.
    Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
    Pour in a buttered souffle dish and set in a pan of hot water.
    Bake 45 minutes or until firm in a slow oven and serve at once.
