Meat Balls In Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices soft bread, broken into pieces
    1/4 c. evaporated milk
    1 egg
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 minced onion
    1 can chicken and rice soup
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can beef stock or bouillon with 1 c. water
Preparation
    Melt the butter in frying pan and add green pepper and onion. Cook until tender.
    Stir in chicken and rice soup, tomato soup and beef stock.
    Using the first four ingredients, make meatballs. After the meatballs are cooked, drop them into soup mixture. Serve over rice or noodles.
