Unkie'S Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
5 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 to 4 drops Tabasco sauce
2 sticks oleo
1 lemon, thinly sliced
dash of black pepper
dash of red pepper (cayenne)

Preparation

Simmer several hours.
Barbecue chicken in basket about 2 1/2 hours.
Baste frequently.
This is especially good on chicken.
