Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 can or bag mixed vegetables, drained and heated
6 servings mashed potatoes, instant or regular
1 c. mild Cheddar, shredded
salt and pepper
Preparation

Brown ground beef and onion, drain.
Spread in 9 x 13-inch buttered dish.
Pour undiluted soup over ground beef and onion. Spread vegetables over beef.
Spread potatoes over top of mixed vegetables.
Sprinkle cheese over top.
Bake, uncovered, 20 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
