Baked Crispy Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    5 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. red pepper sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. onion salt
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    1 frying chicken, cut up
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    dry potato flakes
Preparation
    Combine egg, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, red pepper sauce, onion and celery salt.
    Pour over chicken pieces.
    Marinate overnight or several hours in the refrigerator, turning chicken several times.
    Melt butter or margarine.
    Coat chicken pieces in potato flakes until well coated.
    Bake skin side down at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Turn and bake for 20 to 30 minutes more until chicken is done.
