Teriyaki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. white sugar
    1 tsp. chopped ginger root
    1 clove garlic or powdered equivalent
    minced onion (optional)
    1/4 c. bouillon (optional)
Preparation
    Slice meat across the grain in very thin slices.
    Marinate for 4 hours.
    Use round steak or chuck.
    Broil for 10 to 12 minutes or less.
