Chuck Wagon Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 thick slice of top round steak (about 1 1/2 to 2 lb.)
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. chopped green peppers
    1/2 c. chopped green stuffed olives
    1 can beef broth
    1 can water
    1 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Pound in flour in the steak on top of the stove.
    Add all ingredients, then boil slowly until meat is tender, about 3/4 of an hour or so.
    Delicious with mashed potatoes.
