2 small or 1 large pkg. lemon pudding and pie filling
1 1/4 c. flour
1 cube butter
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 Cool Whip (12 oz.)
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped

Cool in refrigerator. Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
