Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes fresh mushrooms
    1 lb. pan sausage
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Clean mushrooms and remove stems.
    Chop stems and add to sausage and Cheddar cheese; mix well.
    Roll small amount sausage mixture and place in mushroom caps.
    Place on baking pan and bake at 400\u00b0 for approximately 15 to 20 minutes or until sausage is cooked through.
