Quick Chop Suey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    3 beef bouillon cubes
    2 Tbsp. molasses
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. sliced onion
    3/4 c. boiling water
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 c. cold water
    2 c. celery, cut in 1/2-inch pieces
Preparation
    Brown the meat; add boiling water, bouillon cubes, soy sauce and molasses.
    Mix cornstarch and cold water together; add to meat mixture, stirring until thickened.
    Add celery and onion; cover and cook for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
    Serve over hot rice or Chinese noodles.
