Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice (not instant)
    3/4 c. raisins
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. milk, scalded
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients.
    Add scalded milk and butter.
    Add cinnamon.
    (You may wish to add a dash of nutmeg.) Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour or until mixture is firm.
    Makes 6 servings.
