Venison Cheeseburger Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pie crust (single)
    1 lb. ground venison
    1/2 lb. hot sausage
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 egg
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    Worcestershire sauce
    2 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Prepare pie crust for 9-inch pie.
    In skillet, brown meats and drain.
    Stir in 1 teaspoon salt, oregano, pepper, bread crumbs, tomato sauce, onion and green pepper.
    Pour into shell.
    Mix together 1 egg, 1/4 cup milk, 1/2 teaspoon salt, Worcestershire sauce and shredded cheese.
    Pour this mixture over meat mixture and bake for 30 minutes.
    Preparation time 1 hour. Serves 4.
