Cheese Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. butter
    1/4 lb. flour
    4 eggs
    bread crumbs
    1 pt. milk
    4 Tbsp. grated cheese
    salt and pepper
    6 drops lemon juice
Preparation
    Place milk, butter and flour into a saucepan and slowly bring to a boil, stirring frequently until mixture becomes thick.
    Add 4 tablespoons finely grated cheese and 4 well beaten yolks to the mixture; season with salt and pepper, stir and add 4 egg whites stiffly whipped into mixture.
    Place in souffle dish and dust with bread crumbs.
    Add lemon juice and bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
