Alabama Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/4 c. shortening
    1/2 c. powdered milk
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 c. warm water
Preparation
    Add yeast and sugar to warm water to dissolve yeast.
    Add to all other ingredients and mix.
    Roll out on floured paper to 1/4 inch thick.
    Spread melted butter on half of the dough, then fold over and cut.
    Put biscuits on buttered pan and put melted butter on top of biscuits.
    Let rise at least a half hour before baking. Bake at 150\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
