Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 zucchini, cut 1/4-inch slices
    3 medium carrots, shredded
    1 medium onion, sliced
    butter
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. seasoned croutons
Preparation
    Boil zucchini.
    Saute carrot and onion in butter until soft. Add soup and cream; add 3 cups croutons and zucchini, stirring gently.
    Place in greased casserole.
    Put remaining croutons in butter.
    Sprinkle on top.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
