Hot Spinach - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
1/2 c. Pet milk
4 Tbsp. margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. spinach liquid
6 oz. roll jalapeno cheese
2 chopped onions
1/2 tsp. each: pepper, garlic, salt and celery salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
pinch of red pepper
Preparation

Cook spinach; drain.
Reserve 1/2 cup of juice.
Make sauce of margarine, flour, milk and spinach liquid.
Combine all ingredients in casserole and top with toast crumbs.
Bake 30 minutes at 400\u00b0.
