Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag frozen broccoli, cauliflower, carrots (fully cooked)
    1 small container sour cream
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 tsp. onion (optional)
    1 c. Swiss shredded cheese
Preparation
    Boil broccoli, cauliflower and carrots for about 10 minutes; drain.
    Add and mix in a large bowl the sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, onion and Swiss cheese.
    Mix well together.
    Pour into baking dish; bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Top with fried onion rings and heat 3 minutes more.
    Take out of oven and ready to eat.
