Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. or more diced rhubarb or other fresh fruit
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    salt
Preparation
    Spray pan with Pam.
    Mix 1 cup sugar with rhubarb and place on bottom of cake pan.
    Mix the eggs, sugar, flour, baking powder and salt and pour over fruit.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Serve with Cool Whip.
