Michigan Blueberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. blueberries, washed and drained
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 c. sugar
    3 to 4 Tbsp. plain flour
    1/2 tsp. lemon rind
    pinch of salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    2 tsp. milk (for top of crust)
    1 Tbsp. sugar (for top of crust)
Preparation
    Mix blueberries and lemon juice.
    Set aside.
    Combine sugar, flour, lemon rind, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and butter.
    Add this mixture to the berries, mixing well but carefully, then pour into pastry shell.
    Brush top with milk; sprinkle with 1 tablespoon sugar.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
