Mile High Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs whites (room temperature)
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    pinch of salt
    1 c. heavy cream
Preparation
    In bowl, combine first 5 ingredients and beat until stiff (at least 15 minutes).
    Fold in heavy cream, whipped.
    Mound into cooked 9-inch pie shell and freeze.
    Take out of freezer 15 to 20 minutes before serving.
