Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. thin sliced beef (slightly frozen for easier slicing)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. sliced onion
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 c. sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 c. dairy sour cream
Preparation
    Brown beef, salt and onion.
    Combine paprika, nutmeg and flour.
    Sprinkle over beef mixture.
    Add soup and mushrooms and cook about 10 to 15 minutes.
    Add sour cream and simmer over low heat.
    Serve over cooked medium noodles.
