Corn Dogs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. corn meal
    1 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. melted shortening
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    2 lb. hot dogs
    grease for frying
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Blend shortening with eggs, then add milk.
    Mix well.
    Add to dry ingredients.
    Now you're ready to dip hot dogs in batter.
    Have your pan ready with grease to float hot dog (350\u00b0).
    Done when they come back to top.
