Turnip Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 gal. grated turnips
1 Tbsp. white mustard seed
1 1/2 c. white vinegar
3 c. sugar
1/4 c. horseradish (4 oz.)
1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation

Mix and let stand in refrigerator 1 week.
Put in jars.
Keeps 3 months or more.
