Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 egg
    2 to 3 c. sliced peaches
Preparation
    Melt margarine in Pyrex dish.
    Blend in sugar with fork.
    Add vanilla and stir in egg until smooth.
    Slowly add flour and stir until completely blended.
    Fold in peaches.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 until top is lightly brown.
