Sugarless Applesauce Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. raisins
1 c. diced dates
2 c. water
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs, beaten, or egg substitute
1 c. unsweetened applesauce
2 Tbsp. liquid sweetener or 2 Tsp. granulated Sweet 'N Low
3/4 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Cook raisins, dates and water until water is evaporated and fruit is soft.
