Chinese Hamburgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef or chuck
    1 small green pepper, diced
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 can bean sprouts, drained
    1 large (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine the ingredients using 1/2 small can tomato sauce. Make into patties and fry until brown.
    Add rest of tomato sauce and simmer for 20 minutes.
    Makes about 8 patties.
    The sauce makes good gravy.
