Blueberry Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 beaten egg
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
Preparation
    Sift together flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.
    Combine eggs, milk and salad oil.
    Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until flour is moistened.
    (Batter will be lumpy.)
    Bake on hot griddle.
    Gently sprinkle a few of these choice berries atop the pancake before turning.
    Be sure the butter and syrup are hot. Makes about 12 dollar-sized or eight 4-inch pancakes.
