Raisin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. raisins
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 lemon
    1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Cook raisins in water until tender.
    Mix flour, sugar and butter; add to raisins.
    Cook until thick.
    Add grated lemon rind and juice of 1 lemon.
    Pour into uncooked pie crust.
    Top with crust.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown, about 35 minutes.
