Egg Drop Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. chicken broth
    3 tsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. cold water
    1 egg, beaten
    pepper
Preparation
    Add 2 to 3 drops yellow food coloring to broth.
    Bring broth to boil. Blend cornstarch and water; add to broth.
    When thick, stirring rapidly, add well beaten egg (pour in a thin stream) to broth.
    Remove from heat immediately.
