Ingredients

2 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cocoa
1 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1/3 c. flour
2 egg yolks, beaten
Preparation

In saucepan, simmer milk.
Mix dry ingredients and stir into the hot milk.
Stir mixture until it thickens.
Add egg yolks, slowly, and butter.
Cook slowly, stirring continuously, until thick.
Add vanilla just before pouring into molds or bowls to cool.
