Salisbury Steak And Gravy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 egg
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c. milk
Preparation

Mix hamburger, bread crumbs, egg and 1/3 can mushroom soup together.
Shape into patties and place in skillet.
Fry on medium heat until well done.
Drain off grease and top with remaining mushroom soup, milk and salt and pepper to taste.
Let simmer 10 minutes and serve.
Yields 6 servings.
