Quick Ambrosia - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9 oz.) carton frozen non-dairy whipped topping
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple, crushed or chunks undrained
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
    1/2 C. shredded coconut (opt.)
Preparation
    Thaw frozen whipped topping. In a bowl, combine undrained pineapple with dry pudding mix.
    Stir in oranges and coconut. Fold into the frozen whipped topping.
    Mix well.
    Chill before serving.
    Yields 8 servings.
