Stuffed Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. jumbo shells
    4 c. Ricotta cheese
    2 c. Mozzarella cheese
    3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    3 eggs
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    3/4 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 c. spaghetti sauce
Preparation
    Cook shells; drain.
    Cool in a single layer on wax paper. Combine all other ingredients.
    Fill each shell with 2 tablespoons cheese mixture.
    Spread bottom of 13 x 9-inch baking dish with thin layer of sauce.
    Place shells in pan; cover with sauce and remaining Parmesan cheese, if desired.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Makes 36 shells.
