Chris' Funky Four Cheese Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. lasagna noodles
1 1/2 c. Ricotta cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 egg, beaten
salt and pepper to taste
2 c. fresh tomato sauce
1/2 lb. sliced Mozzarella
1/2 lb. thin sliced Provolone
grated Parmesan (for topping)
Preparation

Bring large pot of water to a boil, lightly salted.
Cook noodles al dente.
Make sure they are separated in water.
Mix Ricotta, Parmesan, egg, salt and pepper.
Lightly oil a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan and spread 1/2 cup tomato sauce on bottom.
Lay 3 noodles lengthwise.
Spread 1/3 Ricotta mixture on top first layer. Top with 1/3 Mozzarella and 1/3 of the Provolone.
Spread another 1/3 of Ricotta on top and another layer of Mozzarella and Provolone.
Spread remaining Ricotta on noodles and sauce over the cheese.
Bake in preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes until bubbly. Allow lasagna to cool and set before cutting.
